1. What data we collect

We collect personal data you provide yourself via forms on the website that open an email draft, via email, Instagram or when visiting the studio: full name, email address, phone number, description of the desired tattoo (design, placement, size), reference images, date of birth (for deposits / minors with parental consent) and data needed for invoicing.

The website itself does not store form contents in a database. Submitting a form prepares an email in your mail client, so data is only sent when you send the message yourself.

2. Purpose and legal basis

We process data for: arranging and carrying out tattoo appointments (contract performance), sending aftercare instructions, issuing invoices and business records (legal obligation), communication about gift vouchers and deposits, and answering your enquiries (consent or legitimate interest).

3. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the processing purpose or as required by law (e.g. accounting data for 10 years). Enquiry data without a booked appointment is deleted within 12 months at the latest.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. We share it only when needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations or operate used services — for example an accountant, email provider, website host, or when required by law.

When using external platforms such as Instagram, Google Maps or email providers, their own privacy policies and data transfer terms may apply.

5. Cookies

The website itself does not use analytics or tracking cookies and does not profile visitors. The hosting provider may process technical data for security and operation, such as IP address, access time and basic browser data. Links to Instagram, Google Maps and other external platforms are subject to their own privacy policies.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, portability and object to processing of your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time. Exercise your rights by written request to inkyskintattoo@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si).

7. Data security

We have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorised access or misuse. The website is statically generated and has no own server-side system for storing submitted enquiries.
